BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Extended Bidding Policy
This auction uses a "One Extends All" bidding format. If a bid is placed on any lot within its closing window, the closing time for all lots will automatically extend. This continues until all bidding has stopped and every lot has closed without a last-minute bid.
Extension intervals are as follows:
- Minutes 1–15 of extended bidding — all extensions are 5 minutes
- Minutes 16–30 of extended bidding — all extensions are 3 minutes
- Minutes 31–60 of extended bidding — all extensions are 2 minutes
- After 60 minutes of extended bidding — all extensions reduce to 1 minute and remain at 1 minute until all lots are sold
This structure ensures every bidder has a fair opportunity to respond to last-minute activity on any lot, while keeping the auction moving toward a close.
Please ensure your phone number and email address are up to date and correct in your profile settings. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to each final bid to determine the final sales price. All items must be paid for in full at the end of the auction or on pick up day. We will contact all winning bidders by email on 10/8/2026. Forms of accepted payment are cash, check, or major credit card. Credit card payments are accepted up to a maximum of $2,500 per invoice. Any balance exceeding $2,500 must be paid by an approved alternative payment method, including cash, check, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or other form acceptable to the auction company. The auction company reserves the right to require payment by certified funds at its sole discretion. A 6% sales tax will be added to the items accordingly, or please provide us with a resale tax exempt number and form if you are buying for resale. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
Pickup Info: The pickup day for this auction will be Oct. 9th from 1 PM - 6 PM EST.
All purchases that have not been paid for or payment/pickup arrangements are not made by 10/9/2026 6PM, your account will be automatically charged to the credit card used at registration. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline of 10/9/2026 unless arrangements have been made. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at the Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.
#1. Bidder Verification:
Bidding rights are provisional, and if identity verification is questionable, Lawson Co. Auctioneers, has the right to reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Lawson Co. Auctioneers reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person’s credential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges.
#2. Technical Issues:
In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC, shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
#3. Auctioneers right to bid:
The Auctioneer, Agent, Broker, and auction staff shall have the option to bid and buy at this auction.
#4. Additional Conditions:
This property is being sold for cash “as-is, where-is” with a deadline. No guarantee on condition or authenticity of any items. It is incumbent on the bidder to use their best judgment on the condition and value of the lot or item. DISCLAMER: All information contained herein is believed to be correct to the best of the auctioneer's knowledge. The information is being furnished to bidders for the bidder's convenience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to determine that information contained herein is accurate and complete. Any reliance on the contents shall be solely at the recipient’s risk. Bidders must conduct and rely solely upon their own investigations and inspections
#5. Payment and 10% buyers fee & Tax.
All personal property sold is subject to a 10% buyers premium, 6% Ky sales tax.. We Reserve the right to charge your card if you are the winning bidder and you don't pick up the item. In such as case we reserve the right to resell the lot or item if not picked up within two weeks of the close of the auction.
#6. Altering terms:
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC., reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
