When he’s not working on auctions, Jacob enjoys working with his lovely wife, Kelsey, on their Home-Based baking business, Kelso’s Cookie Co. in Elizabethtown.

Luke has been part of Lawson Auction Co. for the past year and brings three years of experience as a licensed real estate professional. He is passionate about helping clients successfully sell their assets and enjoys the fast-paced, ever-changing world of auctions, where every item and property has a story. Luke values meeting new people and guiding both buyers and sellers through the process.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Luke is known for his strong work ethic and integrity. He has been married for over 20 years and is the father of three children. Outside of work, he keeps honey bees, plays drums on his church worship team, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Leanda joined Lawson Company Auctioneers in January 2026 as the Marketing and Auctions Operations Coordinator. She enjoys working at Lawson Company Auctioneers because of the friendly environment and she enjoys meeting new faces at the auctions and helping customers throughout the process. Leanda is the oldest of three children with two younger brothers, and she credits her parents for shaping her strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, listening to music, and spending time with friends & family.

Dillan Phelps plays an important role in ground operations at Lawson Company Auctioneers, providing reliable on-site logistics and technical support essential to successful auction events. With nearly five years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and field service, Dillan brings a strong focus on organization, safety, and attention to detail when handling and staging client assets.

His background in equipment troubleshooting and site coordination helps ensure each auction location is efficient, safe, and professionally managed. Known for his dependable, “get-the-job-done” work ethic, Dillan consistently supports the high standards and integrity that define Lawson Company Auctioneers.

Based in Springfield, Kentucky, Dillan is a devoted family man who values hard work, honesty, and time spent with his young family.
