RING 1: Thursday, December 10, 2026, beginning its soft close at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
RING 2: Friday, December 11, 2026, beginning its soft close at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Each ring operates independently. Bidding activity in one ring does not extend bidding in the other ring.
Bidders may participate in either or both rings.
Each ring will have an approximate two-hour closing window. However, bidding may continue beyond that period depending on bidding activity.
The advertised closing time is the earliest possible closing time, not a guaranteed ending time.
2. BIDDER REGISTRATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION
All bidders must register and agree to these terms and conditions before participating in the auction.
Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their telephone number, email address, billing information, and other registration details are accurate and current.
Bidders are responsible for maintaining the security of their usernames, passwords, and bidding accounts.
Any suspected unauthorized account activity must be reported immediately to Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC.
All bids placed through a bidder's account are considered authorized unless otherwise determined under applicable law.
By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
3. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to each winning bid to determine the total purchase price before applicable taxes and fees.
Kentucky sales tax of 6% will be collected on taxable purchases unless the buyer provides valid and properly completed tax exemption documentation.
Buyers claiming a resale or other applicable exemption must provide the required documentation before payment.
Applicable Kentucky motor vehicle usage tax will be handled in accordance with Kentucky law.
4. PAYMENT METHODS AND RESTRICTIONS
EQUIPMENT AND TITLED VEHICLES
All equipment and titled vehicles must be paid for using one of the following approved payment methods:
Cash
Certified funds, including cashier's checks
Bank wire transfer
ACH payment
NO PERSONAL CHECKS, BUSINESS CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS, OR DEBIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EQUIPMENT OR TITLED VEHICLES, REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE AMOUNT.
OTHER MERCHANDISE
For merchandise not classified as equipment or titled vehicles, accepted payment methods may include cash, approved personal or business checks, certified funds, credit/debit cards, wire transfers, or ACH.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT LIMIT: $2,500 PER BUYER FOR THE ENTIRE AUCTION.
The $2,500 limit applies to the combined amount paid by credit or debit card across both rings, not separately to each invoice or transaction.
Credit and debit cards may only be used for eligible non-equipment purchases.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC will not charge an additional credit or debit card processing surcharge.
The auction company reserves the right to require certified funds when reasonably necessary.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND VERIFIED.
5. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT DEADLINE — WIRE AND ACH
ALL WIRE TRANSFERS, ACH PAYMENTS, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFERS MUST BE INITIATED NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2026, AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
This deadline applies to any buyer choosing to pay by electronic bank transfer, regardless of the merchandise purchased.
Buyers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for their financial institution to process and deliver payment.
ALL ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED AND VERIFIED IN LAWSON CO. AUCTIONEERS, LLC'S BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE ANY MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED.
A wire confirmation, ACH confirmation, or other proof that a transfer was initiated does not constitute proof that payment has been received.
For merchandise subject to the December 16 payment deadline, funds must be received and verified by that deadline unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.
Electronic transfers may require additional processing time. Buyers should initiate payment earlier when necessary to ensure funds arrive before the applicable deadline.
FAILURE OF FUNDS TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE FINAL PICKUP DEADLINE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR REMOVAL.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring payment is received in sufficient time to complete pickup by December 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
6. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT PAYMENT DEADLINE — DECEMBER 16
The following purchases must be paid in full no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time:

All other purchases, including equipment not listed in the special payment category, must be paid in full no later than Friday, December 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Buyers purchasing merchandise in both categories are responsible for meeting each applicable payment deadline.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND VERIFIED.
7. CONSOLIDATED INVOICING
Each winning bidder will receive ONE CONSOLIDATED INVOICE, regardless of whether purchases are made in Ring 1, Ring 2, or both.

Buyers should check their spam or junk email folders if their invoice is not received.
If an invoice cannot be located, the buyer must contact Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC immediately at 502-718-0990.
Failure to receive an invoice does not extend any payment or pickup deadline.
The invoice email will include instructions and a link to the mandatory pickup scheduling tool.
8. ALL SALES FINAL — AS-IS, WHERE-IS
ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

All merchandise is sold in its existing condition at the auction location.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before bidding.
Failure to inspect merchandise does not relieve a buyer of their purchase obligations.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments will be provided for buyer's remorse, failure to inspect, or assumptions about an item's condition or specifications, except where required by law.
9. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTIONS, MODEL NUMBERS, AND SPECIFICATIONS
Catalog descriptions, photographs, model numbers, dimensions, weights, horsepower ratings, lifting capacities, operating capacities, hours, mileage, and other specifications are provided for informational and identification purposes only.

Some catalog descriptions may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI). Buyers should independently verify all information.
The auction company reserves the right to correct errors, update descriptions, or withdraw lots as necessary, subject to applicable law.
10. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
ALL EQUIPMENT IS SOLD IN ITS EXISTING CONDITION, WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF MAINTENANCE, SERVICE HISTORY, OR MECHANICAL CONDITION.

Before operating machinery or equipment, buyers are responsible for inspecting applicable mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety components and determining whether servicing or repairs are required.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to have equipment inspected by a qualified mechanic before operation.

All inspections are conducted at the bidder's own risk, subject to applicable law.
12. EXTENDED BIDDING — ONE-EXTENDS-ALL SOFT CLOSE
Both rings will use an Extended Bidding (Soft Close) format beginning at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on their respective closing dates.

Additional qualifying bids may continue to extend bidding until no further qualifying bids are received within the applicable extension period.
THE POSTED CLOSING TIME IS THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE CLOSING TIME. BIDDERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR AN EXTENDED AUCTION WINDOW.
Each ring will have an approximate two-hour closing window. Bidders should plan to remain connected to the auction for approximately two hours or longer.
Bidders are responsible for monitoring the countdown timer until bidding has ended.

Buyers using third-party haulers or transportation companies are responsible for ensuring those parties have the necessary invoice information, pickup appointment details, and loading equipment.
14. PICKUP DATES AND FINAL REMOVAL DEADLINE
PICKUP LOCATION: 147 Howell Drive, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.

All purchases must be paid for and removed by the applicable deadlines.
No merchandise may be removed without payment verification and authorization.
Pickup outside the designated hours requires advance written approval from Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC.
Failure to arrange transportation, loading equipment, or sufficient personnel does not excuse failure to meet the removal deadline.
PAYMENT IN FULL DOES NOT EXTEND THE PICKUP OR REMOVAL DEADLINE.
Buyers are responsible for making all necessary arrangements before their scheduled pickup appointment.
15. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL
ALL LOADING, SECURING, TRANSPORTATION, AND REMOVAL OF PURCHASED MERCHANDISE ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Buyers must provide or arrange all labor, tools, lifting equipment, trailers, trucks, and transportation necessary to safely load and remove their purchases.
BUYERS MUST ARRIVE PREPARED TO LOAD THEIR PURCHASES WITHOUT ASSISTANCE FROM LAWSON CO. AUCTIONEERS, LLC.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC does not guarantee loading assistance.
Any assistance provided by Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC, its employees, agents, or representatives is voluntary, provided solely at the auctioneer's discretion, and is not guaranteed.
The presence of auction personnel or equipment at the auction location does not constitute a promise or guarantee of loading assistance.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or discontinue loading assistance at any time for safety or operational reasons.
Buyers are responsible for properly securing their purchases for transportation and complying with applicable safety, weight, permitting, and transportation requirements.
Buyers are responsible for damage caused by their own loading or removal activities or by their employees, contractors, drivers, or third-party haulers, including damage to buildings, grounds, equipment, other merchandise, and surrounding property.

Buyers are responsible for the acts and omissions of persons they engage to perform loading, removal, or transportation.

Equipment that starts, runs, or operates during inspection is not guaranteed to start, run, or operate at pickup.

Buyers are responsible for providing any necessary winches, recovery equipment, lifting equipment, trailers, commercial rigging, or specialized transportation.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC is not obligated to repair, start, jump-start, dismantle, disconnect, move, or prepare equipment for transportation.
Any disassembly, utility disconnection, or specialized removal must be authorized and performed safely by appropriately qualified persons.
17. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss or damage to purchased property transfers to the buyer upon the earlier of:
The buyer taking possession of the item; or
The expiration of the final scheduled pickup deadline.
THE FINAL SCHEDULED PICKUP DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2026, AT 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
After the final pickup deadline, uncollected merchandise remains at the buyer's risk, to the extent permitted by law.
This provision does not eliminate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. STORAGE FEES AND LATE PICKUP
ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED BY FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2026, AT 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
Merchandise remaining after the deadline without an approved written extension may be subject to a $20 PER LOT, PER CALENDAR DAY STORAGE FEE, beginning December 19, 2026.
Additional reasonable handling, relocation, transportation, or storage expenses may apply where permitted by law.
Any extension must be approved in writing by Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC before the final removal deadline.
Failure to remove purchases does not relieve the buyer of payment obligations.
PAYMENT OF STORAGE FEES DOES NOT ENTITLE BUYERS TO INDEFINITE STORAGE OR EXTEND THE REMOVAL DEADLINE.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC is not obligated to continue storing merchandise beyond the final removal deadline, subject to applicable law.
19. UNCLAIMED PROPERTY — SEVEN-DAY LIMIT
Due to limited storage space, Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC cannot accommodate purchased property remaining more than seven calendar days beyond the final pickup deadline without prior written approval.
THE SEVEN-DAY PERIOD ENDS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25, 2026.

Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC may provide notice and pursue legally permitted remedies, including removal, storage, resale, or disposal, subject to applicable law and any required notice procedures.
Buyers remain responsible for applicable storage, handling, removal, and other legally recoverable costs.
THE SEVEN-DAY PERIOD DOES NOT EXTEND THE DECEMBER 18 PICKUP DEADLINE OR GUARANTEE ADDITIONAL PICKUP OPPORTUNITIES.
Titled vehicles will be handled in accordance with applicable Kentucky law.
20. TITLED VEHICLES AND DOCUMENTATION
A $65 TITLE DOCUMENTATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH TITLED VEHICLE PURCHASED.
This fee applies to each titled vehicle sold in either ring, including titled trucks, trailers, and equipment.
The $65 fee is assessed per titled vehicle, not per buyer or invoice.
The fee is in addition to the purchase price, buyer's premium, and applicable taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any additional registration, licensing, title transfer, insurance, or governmental fees required by law.
Titles and title-related documents will not be released until payment has been received and verified and all required paperwork has been completed.
The auction company does not guarantee that a vehicle is roadworthy or eligible for registration in every jurisdiction.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing any disclosed title status, including salvage, rebuilt, or other designations, before bidding.
21. BIDDER DEFAULT AND FAILURE TO COMPLETE PURCHASES

Defaulting buyers may be responsible for legally recoverable damages and reasonable expenses resulting from their breach, including authorized storage, handling, relocation, collection, and resale expenses.
If merchandise is lawfully resold following a buyer's default, the defaulting buyer may be responsible for any legally recoverable deficiency between the original purchase obligation and the amount recovered through resale, together with legally recoverable expenses.
Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
The auction company may pursue resale or other disposition of merchandise where permitted by law.
