What’s an easy way to view all of my items that I am bidding on? We recommend that our bidders add their items that they are interested in purchasing to their watch list. To add items to your watch list, you will see a button with an eye. Once you click that button, it will add your item to your watchlist. You will then be able to see all of the items that you have added to your watchlist at once.
How do I know if I am the high bid? If you are the current high bidder, it will say “You are the High Bidder” and outline the lot in green.
How do I know if I am the winning bidder? If you are the winning bidder it will say You are the winning bidder. It will also be in green. Then you will be sent your invoice with the item(s) that you successfully won that includes your total payment that you owe.
How do I schedule a pickup appointment? When you receive the emailed invoice from us, click the button that says “View Invoice” at the bottom of the page. You will need to log into LawsonAuctioneers.com with your username and password (just like you did to bid). From there, you will see your invoice again. At the top there will be a button that says “Schedule Your Pick Up Appt” (to the right of the “Pay Invoice” button). Click the “Schedule Your Pick Up Appt” button and you will be able to select from appointment time slots and choose the time and day you will pick up your item(s). Having an appointment helps ensure staff checkout and load buyers more efficiently it also lowers the possibility of delays and loading congestion in the yard.
Can I bring my tax exemption form so I can be tax exempt on my purchases?
Yes, we accept tax exemption forms, but please note that the name and or address / location on the invoice must be the same as the buyers. Please note that Golf Carts, ATV’s & UTV’s are NOT AG tax exempt.
If I buy a shipping container, when can I pick it up? Do you all provide people to help load that container? To schedule pick up for a shipping container, you must arrange that with the auctioneer and/or staff. You will need to have someone load it for you and have a way to transport it. We do have some companies that we recommend. Please ask us for their information if needed.
What do I need to bring when I pick up my titled vehicle? Drivers License, Proof of Insurance & $50 for the Title Transfer fee
